Our goal at Advanced Fitness
is to improve the health and fitness of our clients. With the expertise and motivation of our trainers, we can make your goals attainable in a safe and effective environment. About the Facility

Advanced Fitness LLC is a private and semi-private personal training studio conveniently located in Historic Kennett Square with direct access to the surrounding communities of Chadds Ford, Avondale, West Grove, Unionville, West Grove, West Chester, Glen Mills, Pennsylvania, and Hockessin, Delaware. We are a minute off of the exit for Route 82 off of Route 1 in scenic Chester County. We have both on and off street parking and are available by scheduled appointment. We are not a gym and do not have memberships. All of our clients are guided through designed personal training programs in a one-on-one or multiple client setting. This individualized attention to a client's exercise program ensures that each training session will progressively move the client closer to achieving their intended exercise goals.

At Advanced Fitness LLC, you will find all of the necessary equipment and machines needed to engage clients in functional training. Functional training is any type of exercise that has a direct relationship to the activities or movements that your body encounters in daily life. Functional training will lead to improved muscular balance, joint stability, joint mobility and injury prevention. Functional training is dynamic and occurs in all three planes of movement in which the body can move. Standard machine- based training only emphasizes a single plane of motion and doesn't improve joint stability. Functional training will deliver the required results of training in a much shorter time period. Training sessions can last as short as 30 minutes to as long as 60 minutes.

Functional training requires close attention to the details of each movement and execution of the exercises. Functional training is most effective when done under the supervision of a personal trainer. At Advanced Fitness you will find:

Advanced Fitness is also committed to improving sports performance of both athletes, young and old. To do this we will also design strength and conditioning programs that incorporate power lifting and Olympic lifting to enhance athletic strength and power. To make your young athletes more explosive, we will utilize both Olympic lifts and plyometrics in a sport specific.
