Our goal at Advanced Fitness
is to improve the health and fitness of our clients. With the expertise and motivation of our trainers, we can make your goals attainable in a safe and effective environment. Through education we hope to expand your knowledge of exercise and the importance of overall wellness. By helping you set and achieve realistic goals with our individualized personal training sessions, we will show you that you can be stronger, fitter and healthier.

Come and join our weekly Fitness Classes! Whether you are a beginner or an advance athlete, or you fall somewhere in between, Advanced Fitness has something for you! Our Fitness Classes are a great way to work out with others on your level, and each class is led by one of our certified Personal Trainers, with no more than 8 clients in a class.

Your first class is always complimentary, and your second class
is complimentary if you bring in a new client!

Fitness Class Level Range:

BEGINNER TO INTERMEDIATE LEVELS
Beginner to Intermediate Level Classes are for ANYONE who is interested in getting fit and healthy. These sessions will be high intensity and fast-paced. The classes run from 50 minutes to 75, depending on the level. This type of training benefits weight loss and general fitness clients the most.

ADVANCED LEVEL
For the advanced athlete, we put you through pure torture training, implementing routines from worldwide athletes, NFL-style weight lifting, Cross Fit, Kettlebell Challenge, workouts from the notorious 300 workouts Tabata Training and what I call the “AB” day. Please note that we require clients to start at the beginner level in order to advance.

Class Policy
Please contact us via phone or email to reserve a space in any of our classes. By reserving a space, our trainers can better prepare for you. Please provide us with at least 24 hours notice if you need to release your reserved spot in a class.
