Our goal at Advanced Fitness
is to improve the health and fitness of our clients. With the expertise and motivation of our trainers, we can make your goals attainable in a safe and effective environment. Through education we hope to expand your knowledge of exercise and the importance of overall wellness. By helping you set and achieve realistic goals with our individualized personal training sessions, we will show you that you can be stronger, fitter and healthier.

Why Personal Training?

Personal training is an investment with guaranteed returns. Personal trainers motivate you by getting results! Have you known people who work out regularly, but never seem to get in shape? A personal trainer will design a more effective and efficient workout to meet your specific fitness goals. Your personal trainer can develop a routine that will provide you the maximum results for the minimum time. Guaranteed results mean exactly that, they are guaranteed. Only train with the personal trainers at Advanced Fitness if you are prepared to work hard, get stronger, lose weight and be healthier.

How You Train at Advanced Fitness

By far the most powerful type of training you can get! Your training program will be designed and implemented by our trainers, based on your personal goals. If you want to get results, train one-on-one. Our experienced Personal Trainers will help you find the motivation to exercise and make fitness a part of your life. Each session is 50-60 minutes long. Sessions must be used a minimum of 2 times per week.

Share your session with a friend or family member and save! You can request that we find you a suitable training buddy that has similar training goals. You will be training 50-60 minutes per session a minimum of 2 times per week.

Group training will either focus on weight loss, core and lower back training, or strength and fitness training. Group participants will have 3 other training partners with them. These sessions will only be offered at specified times set by your trainer and will last from 50-75 minutes.

We can help you improve your health, one class at a time! We currently offer a weekly Fitness Class on Saturday mornings and Wednesday evenings. We are also offering 2 new FREE monthly classes — For Moms Only (with a son or daughter) and a Self-Defense Class. Find out more.

Not everyone is at the same level, so we offer beginner, intermediate and advanced tiers for each of our basic Fitness Classes. An introductory level class is required first in order to quality for intermediate or advanced classes.

The Fitness Class Programs we offer will vary throughout the year. All fitness classes will be 45-60 minutes long. There will be a limit to the number of class attendees, so we suggest that you reserve your spot in advance. Call (610) 444-1711 or Email Us for more information and to make your reservation.

For those Advanced Athletes, we have an Advanced Workout. Here we will put you through pure torture training, implement routines from worldwide athletes, NFL style weight lifting, CrossFit, Kettlebell Challenge Workouts, Tabata Training…etc.

This is only offered to clients that have been through 12 weeks of personal training. These sessions will be high intensity and fast-paced. You will train from 30-40 minutes from start to finish and most likely be glad it is that brief. This is specifically for seasoned fitness clients. This type of training benefits weight loss and general fitness clients the most.

Finally achieve your weight loss goals by following a specific program designed to transform your body into the one you have always dreamed of. With a comprehensive initial assessment comes a program designed to unlock your bodies fat-burning potential!

Have you have trained at your local gym for years but still don't feel much stronger, fitter or better? Train at Advanced Fitness to increase your strength and lean body mass. Increase your total power with Kettelbell training or improve your VO2 max with high intensity resistance training circuits. Improve your balance and core stability with dynamic ground-based training designed to challenge your body from the inside out.

Help your child get better prepared for their favorite sport by putting them into a sport-specific training program. Each program will be designed to improve your child athlete's strength, speed, agility and core stability. An athlete's success is directly related to their athletic ability. Help your child be successful. Agility and speed can be improved for your child's success in Lacrosse, Hockey, Football, Baseball and Soccer. Train like the pro's.

Enjoy your favorite sport without getting injured! Sport-specific training programs for Golf, Tennis, Running and Biking can be easily completed twice weekly to increase your performance and minimize your injuries. Bust through your endurance plateaus by adding resistance training to your running or cycling routine. Tri-athletes who utilize resistance training break their personal records. Are you ready to break your PRs?

We can guide you through programs to rehabilitate your bad shoulder, back or knee. Why stay on the sidelines while your friends work out? If you need additional rehabilitation following a recent injury, come on in!
