Vicki Dosen, CSCS
Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist


Vicki Dosen as a Master’s Degree in Exercise and Sports Sciences from Florida International University and holds certifications from the American College of Sports Medicine and the National Strength & Conditioning Association. Vicki has worked with many types of clients, including cardiac patients, college athletes, children, pre/post natal women and “weekend warriors.”  Her philosophy on health and wellness is that regular exercise and healthy habits are the best prescriptions for achieving and maintaining a better body, mind and spirit.  Vicki's goal as a fitness professional is to provide each of her clients with the necessary knowledge, intensity and sense of discipline to help them achieve a more positive self-image, self-awareness and better quality of life.

Everett Gordon, NSCA-CPT HKC
Certified Personal Trainer


Everett has a Master’s Degree in Sports Management from Neumann University and is a Certified Personal Trainer from the National Strength & Conditioning Association. With areas of focus on Customized Personal Training, group training and Specialty Programs, Everett develops fun, affective and efficient exercise programs that offer variety and meet each client's needs. He provides his clients with the knowledge, skills, guidance, support and motivation so they achieve their own full fitness potential and enhance the quality of their lives by offering safe and effective programs tailored to the individual. Everett incorporates a holistic approach to health and fitness that encompasses cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, nutrition, stress and lifestyle considerations. By keeping up to date on current fitness research and trends, his goal is to provide a complete fitness regime and tailored program designed to enhance the quality of life and vitality of each individual.

Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist


John Wilkins is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and he is the owner of Advanced Fitness LLC. John received his undergraduate education in Commerce and Engineering at Drexel University and obtained his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. John played club volleyball while at Drexel University and rugby while at Palmer College of Chiropractic. He has also competed in Mountain Bike Races and Adventure Races over the last several years.

Dedicated to whole body health, John is also the owner of two "Back to Health Chiropractic" clinics, located in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania and in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania.
